...you left me no choice. I've been waiting and waiting for someone to start a Gluten Free Charleston blog, but no one has. I guess it may as well be me. I've been gluten free forever. I've lived in Charleston for 15 years. And I have OPINIONS, y'all!
Approximately 3 billion* people travel to Charleston each year for the Spoleto Festival alone, not to mention all THE BEACHES and THE HISTORY here, and I know at least half a billion* of those people are gluten free. Not to mention all the gluten free people who live here, like YEAR ROUND. They all need a place to go to find out where and how and what to eat gluten free in Charleston. For lack of a better blog, I guess this is it. I'll do my best.
*Be warned that I am given to hyperbole and I like to swear. So if you're going to take offense with me slightly exaggerating statistics or declaring something to be the best fucking gluten free thing EVER in the history of gluten free things, well, I apologize in advance.
